Refund and Returns Policy
This policy applies to all orders placed on 420KARAT and shipped within Europe.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The original packaging is intact
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@420karat.com before sending the item back.
2. Non-returnable items
Some products are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Items marked as non-returnable in the product description
- Products returned in damaged or incomplete condition
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider – processing time may vary
- Then contact your bank

4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@420karat.com with photos of the issue.
5. Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will not be covered.
For high-value items, we recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
